Mahamrityunjaya Mantra
The Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is one of the most well-known mantras for healing, courage, and inner strength. It is often called the “great victory over fear” mantra. Traditionally associated with Lord Shiva, it is chanted to support recovery, resilience, and a steady mind during change, illness, or challenge. Many students use it as a daily practice to feel grounded and protected.
