We offer affordable, fun and inclusive yoga teacher training programs across Canada.
Our vision is to make the benefits of yoga accessible to all and to remove the financial barriers. So anyone – regardless of income – can become a yoga teacher.
The roots of our mission are planted in the soil of classical karma yoga: selfless action and service to others. Through the vehicle of yoga, we are facilitating change both locally and nationally. By also making yoga teacher training available to all and by offering free and by donation classes to low income persons and organizations.
