200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training FAQ

What Is Included With The Tuition?

Tuition includes your training manual, PDF materials, and full course curriculum. You’ll get practical teaching experience, early access to assignments, and flexible payment options. Graduates receive 30% off future programs and potential employment opportunities after completing the training.

What Is A Typical Day Like In The Program?

Each day includes a yoga class, a break, and a focused topic session (lectures, discussions, or guest teachers). After lunch, you’ll work on poses, alignment, and teaching skills, followed by another class to apply what you’ve learned.

How Proficient Do I Need To Be?

You don’t need to be advanced. We require students to be at least 19 and have about one year of yoga practice. The focus is on learning to teach, not performing at a high level.

What If I’m Not Sure I Want To Teach?

That’s completely fine. Many students take the program to deepen their practice or for personal growth. You don’t need to decide before starting—the option to teach is there if you want it.

Can I Take The Course If I Have An Injury?

Yes. Most injuries can be accommodated. You’ll learn how to modify poses, work safely with your body, and apply techniques that support recovery. The program also teaches how to help others with injuries.

How Many Students Are In Each Training?

Class sizes are kept small, usually under 15 students. This allows for more one-on-one attention, better feedback, and a more supportive learning environment.
