What Is Included With The Tuition?
We give you a Yoga Teacher Training Manual – readings and assignments for the 200-Hour curriculum are given to you on the first day of class. Tuition also includes, to mention a few:

- Practical teaching experience with employment opportunities

- Access to the course’s written assignment, so you can begin to work on the course assignments prior to the start of the course
What Is A Typical Day Like In The Program?
Daily schedule is:
- Yoga class
- Break
- Yoga topic for the day (e.g. presentation, lectures, group discussions, guest teachers, etc)
- Lunch
- Yoga poses for the day
- Break
- Yoga class
- Done
How Proficient In Yoga Do You Have To Be To Do The Program?
We don’t have a specific admission requirements for the program, but we require that each applicant be at least 19 years of age and we ask that all students have a minimum of one year of practice.
I’m Not Sure I Want To Teach Yoga After The Course Ends. Can I Take This Course Anyways?
Of course, any students take the 200-Hour level course to further their own practice or personal development. You do not need to make a decision about whether or not you want to teach before you begin the training.
I Have An Injury I Am Recovering From. Can I Still Take The Course?
Yes, the program can be done to work around most injuries and disabilities. This course also helps you to identify therapeutic applications of postures, breathing and meditation that will help you with your injuries or disabilities; as well has how to accommodate disabilities and to avoid yoga injuries with your students.
How Many Students Are Enrolled In Each Yoga Teacher Training Program?
The class size is usually under 15 students, we do this to allow each student more one on one time with the leads.
