Workshops count as continuing education credits (CEC) for the Yoga AllianceEvery three years starting from the initial date of registration with YA, all RYTs—including Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers, or E-RYTs— must submit a minimum of:

Intro To Ayurveda

Ayurveda is about the 3 doshas. It is about finding balance with one's constitution. Its about bringing the body, mind and spirit back into balance. Advance Yoga Teaching Skills Program

Our Advance Yoga Teaching Skills Program is the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between training and teaching! This program is only open to those completed 200 hour yoga teach training program already. During this program, you'll work one on one with a senior teacher to advance your yoga teacher skills through weekly in-class assisting and teaching a karma by donation classes.

  • How to develop and use advance themes and philosophy in your yoga classes

Advance Applied Anatomy & Physiology For Therapeutic Yoga
